Crushed egg but moving a peeping?! HELP!

I just went to check my broody as I do each day (she has a tendency to steal eggs) and I found a crushed egg (it’s day 20) under her that is moving a peeping!!! I’ve cleared a bit of shell from its nose so the beak is free and it’s breathing. I’ve popped it into an incubator that currently has 3x day 22 eggs in it. Have I done the right thing? At what point do I assist the hatch?!

Broody still has 2x eggs under her but I’m wondering if I move them because what if she heard this baby peeping and turned on it/attacked the egg?!

Has she sat on eggs before?

Can you see if that chick has absorbed all of the yolk yet?
I would not take it out of the shell yet.

No, this is her first time.

I honestly can’t tell if it’s all absorbed. The little beak is peeping and “munching” so I’m thinking it’s still going. Thankfully my incubator was set up and running at right humidity/temp for hatch day! It’s breathing and wriggling around lots inside the incubator so I will leave it in this safe place.

My gut instinct is to take them off her. I have another broody hen I can pop them under in the meantime whilst she goes into broody jail???

Yes she’s hatched before and beautifully! The offending Mama was removed from the nest, eggs happily taken over by #2 broody and Mama doesn’t show any signs of stress at all. In fact, she seems very happy and eating/drinking while chatting to her mates.

Hopefully it makes it. We had a crushed egg and let our broody hatch him. (Didn't have an incubator then). We just watched him every hour and assisted when needed.
