Crusty comb??

Hello! First time chicken owner here. Also first time poster. We have 5 hens that we've had since they were 3 weeks old & are now 6.5 months & have been doing great until today, when I noticed a scab around the back of my Barred Rock's comb. None of the other chickens have anything on theirs. She's acting fine. We did have our first snow & night below freezing last night. Any ideas? Do I need to vaccinate the others for pox? Coconut oil massages???

I'm posting a picture from each side. I appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Some of the smaller dots look like dried blood. But I can't quite tell what the black dots are under her right eye. Are those feathers, mites, or dried blood?
I'm not sure if it is fowl pox, I'm thinking it is something else. Have you noticed any other fowl pox on the others?

Just feathers under her eyes. The top part is the only new bit. Nothing on anyone else. And thank you!
