My hen has crusty eyes and generally acting a bit off. Those are really the only symptoms. We used a warm, wet rag and cleaned it off. She was able to open her eyes and was walking around but just acting a bit lethargic. What is this? Should I be concerned? I have read in different places that this could be anything from simple allergies to she is about to die and infect the other 6 birds I have. What do I believe?

Does she have any nasal drainage or dirt around her nostrils? Any rattles or wheezing when she breathes, gasping or labored breathing? Eye drainage with crusting or bubbles can be a sign of mycoplasma (MG or CRD.) You may want to add Terramycin eye ointment into her eyes twice a day. Oral antibiotics such as Tylan, oxtetracycline, and Gallimycin can be used also to treat symptoms. Testing may be good to find out the disease. Many diseases have similar symptoms, and some can make permanent carriers of your flock. Here is a good link to read about the common respiratory diseases such as MG, infectious bronchitis, coryza, ILT, and aspergillosis:
