Crusty Nose

Can someone please help me figure out what this is on my little beak/nose
It is not acting weird or anything, very active. We just noticed it

It looks like a healing injury or peck wound. If it feels puffy, it could be an abscess that needs to be lanced.

It actually was hard. I have been cleaning it everyday and putting ointment on it. Looks as if it is going away

Is it in the nostril or on the skin?

Could it be clogged up with hardened feed?
Drop of Peroxide on the crust, let soak in, then see if you can gently start working it out - that's if it's inside the nostril.
