We picked up 3 new chicks yesterday for our Bantam flock, it was supposed to be 3 Mille Fleurs and they were accidentally given to someone else, so we left with 2 Moltted (1 week and 2 weeks old) and a Golden Seabright (5 days old).
At just shy of 4 months in with chickens, I’m clearly still a newbie. I just took them and left. On the ride home I notice the smallest Moltted had a crusty sore spot on back just right of left wing. I washed it and applied vetmycin on it. These are before pictures, I’ll post today pictures in a bit. Any ideas of what it is?

I might be from the other chicks pecking at it , I had a chick with a bubble under it's skin and thought it was weird bit she's fine now . Sounds like your doing a good job
