Crusty stuff on bottom of foot

My little chick has some crusty stuff on the bottom of her feet. It almost looks like crusty poop, although none of the other chicks have this, even a little bit. This chick is only a few weeks old, and their brooder is very clean. She doesn't seem to be bothered by it, but I am curious what it is.

I know it isn't the best photo, but the best I could get. Anyone know what this is? Or how to get rid of it?

It could be dermatitis. Keep her feet dry. I recommend Avian Super Pack to treat it. Here's a link:

Is this product much different from Save-A Chick electrolytes? That is what they have at my local store, and it looks like I would have to order Avian Super Pack.

Does Save A Chick have biotin in it? If not, you'll need to order the Avian Super Pack.
