So I'm patiently waiting for my girls to lay....I can't find any info about when Cubalaya hens begin to lay!!
Anyone have any success stories?!?
 
Mine started at between 16-20 weeks. Hope yours start laying too!
 
I wouldn't despair - It is normal for different breeds, strains and individual birds to start laying at different times - My phoenix's don't typically start for 6-8 months. I had a random Chantecler hold out for 8 1/2.
