Hi Pinusresinosa; Cubalayas have very small combs that will not freeze easily and they can take your winters with no trouble at all.I would love to sell you some eggs as these birds are hard to find and I wish more people had them. Do you have any birds? We may trade? Thank you.Wayne age 68 in Florida.

Hi Cubalaya; My line is from Sandhill originally. They are NOT show quality, but they are very nice and NOT small ,,as you may find so often with this breed. What lines do you have? Thank you. Wayne age 68 in Florida. "bekisar".

I have ducks laying now. They're all runner drake, rouen and pekin hen eggs. My rouen lays giant green eggs. Dunno if it's a fair trade for those.

I'll PM you!

I started with sandhill and added some from saladin and gallorojo.

I have Barnevelders here in Northeast Ohio and they have survived the last two winters here. We have had temperatures as low as 35 below zero and my coop is not heated nor insulated.
