Here he is with a different hen.
He's not white, but rather a double dun gene which makes him khaki. There's no dominant white in the genetics. The double dun ie khaki dilutes what would usually be black to a creamy look. It's a easy on the eyes color.
If he didn't have the dun color gene, all the area on him that has the creamy color would be black.View attachment 3860008

oh i see now, mine was white not dun
 
Coming two year old bantam pair. The rooster is a bit too small and the hen is a bit too big. Hopefully breeding the two will give me several just the right size.

Ok I need something cleared up and this is the newest thread with a khaki and dun discussion in it. I have fawn crele OEGB - is fawn the same as dun and khaki? I've been trying to research it but I'm not coming to a definitive conclusion. Help me make it make sense, LOL.
