Cuckoo Maran hen or rooster?

This Cuckoo Maran came as a sexed hen but the feathering is telling me rooster. I have a home if it is a rooster just want to make sure before i give them him. Approx 15 weeks old

Saddle feathers say it's a little fella, to me at least.
