Cuckoo Marans gender guessing

The sucker I am couldn’t leave the little guy lonesome We’re thinking cuckoo Marans due to the pink legs… 3-4 months old, the comb says boy and the feathers don’t look as developed as my same age roos. Doesn’t matter either way, but we were both curious lol. Can take more pics later, we didn’t see any pointy ones coming in after a full exam. Do cuckoo patterns look similar to double barring being male? Is our Marans guess correct?

Honestly, the legs look more yellow than pink to me, so I'm leaning more towards BR. And he's a cockerel.
