Cuckoo Marans

I think I have three hens and three cockerels
Two are much lighter( see first pic) and have cockerel facial features( second pic)

The other poss cockerel is dark but has red comb and red bits under his chin and fat legs
( see next three pics)

As you can see we have a bond!

The others I'm sure are hens, they are darker , thinner legs, not as big a comb, don't fight as much as the others

You can see colour contrast between lighter one I think is a cockerel and the one next to him I think is a hen?

Any thoughts

you are correct, Golden Cuckoo marans are Autosexing you know... so you dont have to go thru this every time..

But they are not golden cuckoo Marans ?
I bought them as black Marans
Then someone on here said they are cuckoo Marans

no, they are just Plain old cuckoo maran, the non-Autosexing ones, the Autosexing ones that you can tell gender after they hatch
