Has anyone checked out the pictures I posted on page 6 of my cuckoo. She/He is headed to the fair tomorrow and I was going to sell her, just curious if she is a good quality. It won't hurt my feelings if she is not, you can tell me. I know nothing about silkies and just got her/him on a whim to keep my black silkie pullet company, but she hates her and beats her up.

Here is a recent picture of my cuckoo pullet with the white in the crest. She has a nice black comb, and mostly black skin. Just visited Calesta a week ago, and she had some NICE growouts with completely black combs/skin.

Here is my cuckoo cockerel. Horrible comb color, but I *love* his cushion. He's got junk in the trunk.

When visiting Calesta I picked out a cuckoo showgirl growout with half and half skin, mostly black but mottled with white. Skin reminds me of a pinto horse.. need to get a picture. It really illustrates what is going on with the skin underneath all the feathers.
