I slept for 3 hours total last night. I don't usually have that much trouble, but I changed a few things in my diet and it is effecting my sleep. Also, may have had a masala chai too late in the day. Idk, I just hope it is better tonight. It's pretty awful to lay awake all night. I took Relaxium, but it didn't work.
Melatonin doesn't work for me either. These things just make me feel foggy, but not sleepy. It's just an adjustment I have to get through. Cleaner eating is worth the temporary sleeplessness. What would have worked was to get up and have some warm milk and cookies.
