We are having a late night snack, or at least later after dinner.. Peach cobbler and ice cream.. There will be fresh coffee too for those who imbibe.
Got a nice bill from Ferrell gas today.. Got one last month for $132 for another year's rent on their tank. I called and told them to pick up the tank. I only use LP for the stove and the LP in the tank has lastest 4 years and I expect I had another 12-18 months to go on it.
Well today I get a bill for $379 from them. Past due rent, fuel service charge, labor and taxes. Ain't no way I'm paying that bill! I'm going to send them one for land rent for 4 years, a service fee to drop the fence for them and another fee for repair of the yard where he drove.

CSolis, I hope you get things worked out with the propane people. We bought our tank so no rental fees at all. We just pay for the propane, but we only use ours when the power is out. We do have a propane stove in the garage room, which is a sort of "off the grid" room, but have never had occasion to use it. That's there in case we have a huge power outage. You never know.
