The shingles have taken a lot out of me.

I had chicken broth for supper last night and I never thought I would say it was good.

My whole body is sore.
 
Good evening! Completely missed coffee time today. Having a cup of your tea now, Karen.

So sorry about the shingles, Karen. I had that last year. It's miserable. I was luck, it was only on my leg. Could be so much worse. I hope you are better soon.

They include the right side of my head.

I brush my hair very gently.

My face is covered with the blisters on the right side and in my hair.

Had to see the eye doctor Monday and I have another appointment today.

They will watch the to hope I don't get any damage from the shingles.
