I retired and retired my license as well.

I did not realize that I would keep on working until he started having so many medical problems.

As our marriage vows say, in sickness and in health until death do us part.

After 55 and a half years I cannot complain.

Yeah, you are allowed to. After 60 years both of us sometimes do. Bottom line is that any long term commitment is work. The problem is that many give up at the first sign of problems. Working through them makes the relationship stronger. Liking the person that you love makes things easier. :love
