I'm not a chef, but I love to cook. I try new recipes and techniques all the time, and most things are made from scratch here. We try to stay away from anything processed.

Also, we love good food, and there are really no restaurants close to us out here in the country. If we have a craving for something, I have to make it.

Youtube has made trying new things easy.
