Well, I don't have a whole mouth of implants. Just where the molars were missing. It was very expensive, but in my case it was necessary. It wasn't particularly painful either because I didn't have teeth pulled to put in implants. I was replacing a partial. I guess they do drill into the bone, but I was asleep when they did that.
