Not likely, although the rooster is getting more acceptable to my close presence...the hen not so much. They both have become "wild" in their behavior.
It's really turned into an experiment now. I have 3 seperate pens of Reeves, so I can afford to do this but at the same time I don't want anything to happen to them. They mostly hang out around the pens that are closest to the house...that maybe one reason they have survived so long?

had a stay dog come around when I was kid took me 6 weeks to earn it trust finally earned that had him 22 years

They were people friendly until they got loose, didn't take long and they reverted back to the wild side! I tried to catch them at night while they were roosting, to no avail, recover traps, etc...all to no avail.

Yep, I take excellent care of all my animals. It's interesting to watch them in a "wild" state and not in an enclosure.
