Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

Hi all!

It's been a while. I hope that everyone is doing well!

since the current topic is weather.... it's been an amazing winter here. 1.5 weeks of -40c, but other than that it's been hovering around 0c. About a normal amount of snow. This weekend is supposed to drop to around -15c, but only for a few days. I've only had to deal with frozen eggs once so far.
Hi! Good to see you again! That is definitely cold!!! Keep warm up there.
Morning everyone yup uncovered the brussle sprouts yesterday :he
It should turn to rain soon but still coming down whiteView attachment 2050718View attachment 2050719
Nice photos, Penny! I know it's not a big deal to get snow here, but it means going out at the crack of dawn to make sure the water dishes aren't frozen. :wee

What do you mean by uncovering the brussel sprouts? Are you growing them? Are they in the garden? What did you cover them with? This just might explain why I have this late crop of brussels that are hollow and frozen. I gave up on them a long time ago, but now I'm sad that I just didn't know how to do it.

Oh, okay. Thought maybe I didn't give them long enough. Mine were very sad. Loads of sprouts, but empty. The season was too short at my house.
