Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

Thanks for the coffee, IM!!! Very good indeed!

The chicks are adorable Andrea! There's nothing so cute as a floppy, wet newborn chick.

Florida to Wyoming would be pretty drastic, Debby. At least I have stopped of in Washington. But, seriously, I lived in Iceland for 3 years. Now that is extreme.

Anyway, it's just a dream. I would never be able to tear DH away from this place. :D
Sheesh, Iceland? I bet that was extreme! I did a quick check, warmest month is July at 57* average. Brrr!

Good morning, all! Thanks for the coffee, IM.

Congratulations, Andrea! So adorable :love Looks like you had great success! What will you do with all the chicks? Do you sell or keep for yourself?

You're making me want to order an incubator :lau:fl

lol, I love hatching chicks! You should definitely consider hatching your own peeps some day! It's very rewarding. ❤

I keep some and sell some. When I have a broody hen I usually pick a few to slip under them at night and then I sell the rest.

I just gave a friend some chicks the other day and she gave me PEACOCK EGGS!!! I'm excited to get to hatch some of these beauties again! :love

Wow, peacock eggs might be fun! Hope you'll keep us up on how that goes.

Will do! I had a great peachick hatch last year and they went to live on a friend's homestead so I still get updates.

What were you doing in Iceland Val? :pop

We were on the NATO base for 3 years. DH and I took full advantage and traveled to much of the island. Met a lot of folks. Loved it. The weather is between 30 and 60 all year. Light 22 hrs a day in summer and dark 22 hrs a day in winter!!! :D
