Good morning everybody! Made a fresh pot of coffee. I was wondering why the last one was gone before I got here, and then I saw Debby's cup.

IM, I put hardware cloth around the little outdoor area for the chicks so they wouldn't go out with the bigs. I have their pop door screened in, and they sit at it and watch, but when I opened it, they didn't want to come out. I guess I'll wait a couple days and try again. I'm glad to hear yours can come out and no one bothers them.

OMG, Cap. That is so funny about the popcorn chicks!!! What fun!

Wow, Ladies-Eight. You still get your nails done? I haven't done that since before the plague hit. In fact, I'm learning to do my own nails. I might not go back now.

I love the eggs for the homeless meals!!! Great idea!!!

The chicks are thriving out in the brooder section of the big coop. I'm so happy with the new set up, and I think integration will be so much easier. They wont be total strangers.

I had a section of my run closed off so the chicks could be outside. The hens would come to the hardware cloth and just watch the chicks. When I went in to care for the chicks the hens would try to go with me.

When I finely integrated there was no problems.

My nail day is my salvation. Have to get out of the house at times. I feel like I'm going to explode at times.

Guess it is winter squash looks like maybe spaghetti to me not sure

No idea what squash that is, but I think spaghetti squash is yellow and oblong. I had some mystery squashes last year. They are all good.
