Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

Good morning everyone. Hope you all have a great day! I ordered an adjustable height desk from Amazon today; I’d asked hubs to build me a foot rest but it hasn’t happened. Fine, I’ll do it myself
@igorsMistress hubby. Don't forget to build your lovely wife's footrest, or I'll drop by later to remind you :fl :D:D:D

Hi Deb, how are you today?
I am wondering if I overdid it yesterday. My right elbow feels like I may be developing tendonitis. Too much scrubbing , painting, digging, feeding in one day. But the other half of that coop needs cleaning before I can spray. And I really want to paint it to match the other half.

Decisions, Decisions.

It's been a strange couple of day with sleep, I wonder if it's the weather change. It causes pain, so going to have to make my ginger turmeric and chilli tea, makes a change from coffee and delicious with lemon and honey.
That sounds good! What does it treat exactly? Do you have arthritis?

Sure I have...
Pick a nice size ginger root, peel and chop into small pieces. Drop into about a pint and half of hot water, I add several cloves to fight bacteria. At least a couple of teaspoons of turmeric or more ;) then add a little chilli I add about a teaspoon, you may want to start off with a tiny amount. Boil for at least 20 minutes, I usually add more ingredients &water when I've drunk a cup or two, cover and use it again. It really helps my pain and breathing.
