My peach pie isn't as pretty as the ones made with a jello glaze, but it's way better! Each one of these little pies has a whole peach in it. Here is a recipe for a whole pie. I made individual ones because I wanted to share with a neighbor. And you! I wanted to share with you too!

That's an interesting recipe...don't think I've seen one where you bake the shell first and not the peaches.

Oh man, it's so good. so much better than a baked peach pie. That's what I mean by fresh peach pie, but I should probably say unbaked. There are recipes for strawberry pies made "unbaked" too. They are also to die for.
