In England they have gross dishes with fat that is only warmed up. Too gross. I want my bacon lean and crispy.

We are Bacon Lovers but making mummy dogs tonight because we can.. had to go to walmart yesterday was in baking isle got eyeballs have more coming for Amazon not here yet

I love bacon. I use it with so many dishes.

Truth be told, I have a couple dinner dishes that call for bacon. They are not my favorite, but DH loves them. The bacon is baked in, so not so obvious, like Coq Au Vin.

And just for fun, here is one I actually like: Chicken in Creamy Mustard Bacon Sauce

I tried Oysters Rockefeller this summer. Bacon overwhelms oysters, so that was terrible. I couldn't eat it.

I like it crisp but grew up on it everything is better with bacon so crisp it is crunchy not burnt

I make BELT. use it on twice baked potatoes, potato soup, with my fried eggs, in a quiche, wrapped around green beans, and on a salad to name just a few.
