I spent 6 hours out there, the water was lovely and i didn't even feel hot. Always cooler down there. So peaceful.

Good morning everyone! Thanks for the coffee. I need it this morning.

It was a long day yesterday, traveling to Portland to get my semi-annual CT Scan. I was there for 3 hours!!! They had a back up at the lab, and then it was near impossible to find a vein on me. Good report on the scan though. No visible cancer tumors.

Happy to be home today, relaxing with my second cup of coffee.
