Steamed chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage. The sauce was so good! It looked yellow and kind of reminded me of butter, but wasn't. I always ordered it mild as I can't tolerate spices.

Well I tried. But Thai Lotus recipe in Florida isn't working. Try searching for the Thai recipe along with the Thai restaurant. You might find it. If you do, pleas share it!!

I need to get some dry weather before I start carving with a chain saw! They are predicting over 5" of rain here!

They have chainsaw carving competitions here. I went to one a few years ago and some of the carvings were very impressive.

I just get in between them DL. I get the occasional rooster trying to rip open my trousers and puncture my boots while their blood is still up. Every now and then I'll sweep one away.
