Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

I have some B vitamins. I'll try that. Thanks!
They are helping, but yes. This could either be a yeast or a bacterial infection and the treatment for each is opposite of the other. I'm really counting on the fecal float test to give me some clues.

Thanks so much for the support everyone!!! I'm sort of brain dead because I'm up all night checking on her. If I say something short, I hope you'll understand. :)
Hope she gets well soon!

Val, have you heard back from the vet's office yet?
No. ☹ And I just called. No results in yet. She just keeps going up and down. I've been checking on her every 1/2 hour to hour and one time she is laying panting and the next time she'll be up and looking quite well. But, always after eating or drinking, she pants. That doesn't make sense to me.

Thanks for checking in.

Don't the know it's an emergency? You would think they would get back to you faster knowing your situation. :(

It's not the veterinarian, it's the lab, and they seem to march to their own drummer, even when it comes to humans.

Panting can be stress related easily try making it an hour still okay then 2 hours so on
hate to say it but give her some air
thanks! That's good advice. I was wondering if this was the case. She was born under a broody, so I have not had to handle her much in her 2 1/2 year life time.

On the other hand, I don't want her to get dehydrated. And the reason I brought her in to sick bay was because she was panting and laying down in the chicken run.

I would have done the same thing Val...kept her in sick bay and out of the run.

Thanks. good to hear. I was trying to explain to Penny that she was panting before I stressed her out. Anyway, I'm treating for coccidiosis and waiting for the rest of the test results. What else can I do? That's the next indicated thing.
