Morning Andrea, what do you have going on today?

I'm going to the grocery store today. It's been probably 2 weeks since the last trip, time to stock up! And get more coffee

I should probably go to the grocery store soon myself but I think I have enough to push it out a couple more days, lol.

We have a low key day planned here! I have to clean chick brooders, move a chick feeder and waterer in front of my broody hen before I give her a chick, tidy up the house a bit and get ready for the Olive Egger hatch tomorrow!

What is everyone else up to?

Definitely! This is a slightly more stressful hatch because I set several eggs that I normally would have tossed but it was more than half of the eggs I received. A cracked egg that I repaired with wax, oblong eggs, a sticky egg, porous eggs, it's a big experiment to see what hatches, lol. I'm pleasantly surprised that all of the fertilized eggs made it to lockdown! I've been documenting the whole hatch, so I'll definitely be hovering around it to take some pictures!

Maybe you can still sit outside and soak up the sun while you sip on some tea? I like to do that even when I'm not sick, lol. I hope you feel better!

Thanks, I am working on it. I do go outside and tend to the animals. It has to be done regardless.
