I used to have to take iron, which of course makes you constipated. No fun. Hope you do well and can avoid hospital.

Actually I have something called Easy Iron. That and the juice make it all work.

We're supposed to get up to 60* today! Maybe rain turning into snow Sat/Sun, we'll see.
