Mine too! If it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't cook.

I have not cooked a meal since March 4. I get some premade soups, make my cucumber spread, have an egg here and there. I even bought shrimp already cooked yesterday. I tend to be a grazer.

I tend to graze as well, I'll leave it at that. The man is on my list of people to be irritated with today

Good morning Ladies Eight!

That is from way back when the wife stayed home and in the kitchen.

I like for him to cook every once and a while. I just get tired of having to cook, clean, and repeat it the next day.

That's what I'm talking about! The monotony of it all.

Sounds like a great way to eat to me!!! When DH traveled, I did the same thing. Trying to get used to having him here everyday.

IM, we are having leftovers too. I made chicken parmesan last night, so tonight I will turn that into sandwiches with fries. Finally an easy dinner!!!

I just need to cook the salmon and make the salad. Salad is from a kit, nothing fancy about it.

I have the Emeril Lagasse Air Fryer, which is a little different. But I don't find it easier than the oven. How long it takes to cook isn't the issue, it's how long it takes to prep for it.

Good luck! BTW why does the husband being around mean the wife has to be in the kitchen? I'm sick of tgat darn kitchen!

When DH is gone I'm a grazer too, a bowl of popcorn or cheese & crackers and I'm good. But when he's here, he's working all day and I'm home. Just makes sense I make a meal for both of us. Besides, I like cooking (it's the washing up I get tired of).
