Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

I have a small countertop Cuisinart oven that warms, broils, convection broils, toast, bakes, convection bakes, and air fries. I love this oven. This unit does not heat up the whole kitchen.

That sounds a lot like the one I have. I can also dehydrate in it, and I would guess you can too.

Well the time has come the ole man will be home on Friday. I know he is walking 300 feet and can bathe himself in a sink bath.

I guess I'll have to start cooking again. Don't get me wrong, I love to cook I just get tired of doing it and need a rest. I got the rest for two months.

Thanks to all of you who have ask about him and sent up prayers for him.

This is very good news! I'm sure he will be so happy to be in his own home again. And we are here for you whenever you need a break from care giving, to cheer you up with some coffee or tea!

But, I know what you mean about all the cooking. I'm still trying to figure out how to use leftovers of one meal in the next without it tasting like an immediate repeat. I used to freeze all leftovers in individual lunch servings, but it's getting to the point that I have more lunches than we can eat in a reasonable time. I used to use them as "TV dinners" when DH traveled, but I can hardly expect him to do that.

We can help each other with ideas for this!!
