Reading all the comments about topical pain killers makes me want to mention Theraworx. It is specifically formulated for cramps and charlie horses, but I have found it to work on restless legs as well as aches and pains. It's worth a try. I also use Deep Blue, but Theraworx is fast and very efficient.

Might have to try that!

Finally a sunny day here after a few days of rain! More staining to do today for the back deck. Hopefully it will be the last set of boards

Chicks are getting so big! I have to get some new pictures. I'm praying they are all hens but a couple have some good sized combs that are fairly red ..

Chickie....that is just the cutest little chick ever!!! I need one of those!!! But, I tend to get easy big fluffly chickens because of all the rain. Not sure what I'd do for a chicken in the winter with muddy fussy feathers. It's too cold for baths, although I have brought the occasional hen inside for one even then. I use a hair dryer to get them nice and dry and warm.
