Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

What sort of things do you put that on Val? The mix looks like it would have just enough of a kick to be flavorful.
When I make ribs in the oven, low and slow, this rub is all I put on them. So good! It is also good on salmon and chicken. On salmon, I usually either put a little honey on first, or add a little brown sugar to the spice. There is just something really yummy about a spicy salmon with a touch of sweet. But, we get really fresh salmon here. You may have another fish that is fresh there, perhaps trout? It would be good on that too. I wouldn't put it on a white fish.

Hope you try it. You'll love it!

I don't buy many packaged, canned or prepared foods, so I'm always looking for a copycat recipe. But, by all means, use Liptons if you like it. :D

Here's the funny thing. I've thought for a long time that packaged type foods are the reason we have so much cancer in our world. Well, as someone who avoids them 99% of the time, I'm the one with cancer. So much for my theory. But still, it's my habit, so I'll probably continue to eat whole foods and put my own seasonings together.
I think Roundup is causing problems, they use it way too much on our food sources' soil.

I agree with you on that. And I'm not sure what organic means in the main grocery stores. Are the fields isolated from other farms? It's all questionable. Something is causing all this cancer.
