Cup o' Joe and Tea Too

Well, we pulled out all the tomato plants and saved a bunch of green tomatoes in paper bags. We’ll see what happens. All the ones that ripened on the vine were mushy but the green ones feel firm so I have hope for those.

Apparently winter came today. High of 60 and rain. Covered the table and chairs on the deck. Put some in the shed. We’re ready for winter now.

We also started putting cardboard down in the raised garden beds to kill the weeds over the winter. Recommended by an Englishman on YouTube. Anyone ever try that?

I have heard of that. Wonder if it will work on stickery weeds. Might be worth a try.

I am going to put the goats in my garden tomorrow if it's not raining.
