It is a beautiful sunny day! We are headed to town to do some shopping and will probably have lunch somewhere.

Got the coop cleaned out of the winter deep litter and put all fresh straw in. They love that. All we have to do is put it down and they come in and spread it to all the corners. It was a big job, but I am so happy it's done.

Oh, and we're beginning to get about 6 eggs per day. Are all your chickens laying better now? Spring is in the air!!!

Good morning everyone! Thanks for the coffee and tea. Always nice to come into the cafe and smell coffee brewing.

We went to a great little sandwich shop for lunch yesterday and had the best Reubens. The timing was off since I am making corned beef tomorrow. Good thing we like it a lot.

Unfortunately I was full and uninspired when it came to grocery shopping so now we'll have to do that again soon.
