Wow, Barry, you get snow early! We fortunately don't get a lot of that, and if so it should not happen until end of December at the earliest. But, you never know.

I think they are beautiful, if you don't have to leave the house, and you have cleats for getting out to the chickens. We don't get them often here, but we did in Virginia. We had cleats for our shoes.

Ice was quite ordinary in Iceland. I fell once at the first of every winter. lol
