You should! Just try it on a bite or two. It really is surprising! Just add a tiny bit at a time! We have had pretty good luck making it. Beats the heck out of canned kraut! I think we raised 50 heads of cabbage last summer! Likely more this year. Such a great plant, we love it. She makes several varieties of hearty soups that are really good with it too!

If you are happy as is that is all that matters anyway! Likely safer not to drive way too many bad drivers! Every time we leave the house someone either pulls out in front of you, shoots across the road in front of you or tailgates you! We live in a very rural area! Some of it is ex Amishmen driving cars and trucks that do not know the rules of safe driving!
