Everyone mostly keeps to themselves. which is actually fine as I don’t want to overshare anyway. I could go to staff but I don’t want to bother anyone. I do have a friend though I talk to which I’m doing now so yeah. During work hours, I can text or call my team including my therapist and the ACCS team.
