My flourless chocolate torte

I absolutely love the combination of bittersweet chocolate and raspberries especially in the winter.

I think this dessert looks fitting for a Valentine's Day treat!

It also uses ALOT of eggs which comes in handy for all of us on this site lol!

I was at a thrift store yesterday and found heart-shaped cake and cupcake tins. We’re going to a Super Bowl party tonight, so I thought why not. Finished the baking yesterday and just finished the frosting. I thought it would be quick and simple, turned into two day task. it’s three layers. definitely rewarding and I’ll try and get a picture when l cut it tonight.

They are on sale in our grocery store for 2 whatever size those come in for $5. What a deal, then I remembered we had some in the freezer so passed them up. Now I know what I missed.
