Curious!! 18 18weekers 3 layers 2 roosters what breed???

Lol o man i really want and need to wait things out because my kids will be heartbroken if marshmallow top bird is a rooster because thats their favorite and if it's a boy he needs a new home i already have 2 full grown noise makers lol last photo i hope he's not a roo I'm attached to all my birdies and dont want them gone I will definitely let you all know!! ..... When will he/it/ she ? Chicken start cro'ing if it is a roo? Cause i already got 6am alarm clocks lol also if it's a she when do they start laying?

They can start anywhere from 6 weeks to 26 weeks. There no set time frame

Oh and I've noticed with mine that since I already had a big rooster he started at 10 weeks, I have another that started the other day 16 weeks and I have one that's about 20 weeks and he hasn't started yet

Sometimes I think they don't want to draw attention to themselves so they don't crow and the other Roos leave them alone.

They start crowing at 9 weeks+, but I had a cockerel that only crowed once by 16 weeks because I have an alpha here that he didn't want to compete with. It's an individual thing, and their baby practice crows hardly sound like crows at all. Lol
About 20 weeks is the average to start laying, but many can start right around the age of yours. It varies. Some breeds and bloodlines take longer too.

Ohh sorry i was confused by what picture you were referring to. Picture 3 and picture 5 are same bird just wondered to a different part of chicken run i only have 3 layers not including my chicks

Really! So there's a chance he won't crow?? It's weird because the first rooster i got was my big boy kelloggs(darker boy) and a couple months later i got Clyde (white rooster ) Clyde never use to crow only kelloggs but recently he started too! So now i have 2 alarms I'm shocked they get along soo well too they sun bathe together soo cute but i just dont want to have a cock fight if i decide to keep another one even if it's quiet! Also i dont want a 3rd alarm and I'm sure my neighbours dont either even though they enjoy them too lol

Look like all girls to me except I don't know if the red patches on this last one's wings mean anything.
If the first one isn't a pullet, I'd be shocked. Not enough comb and wattle to be a rooster for 18 weeks old. At that age, they'd be getting close to laying and the combs will grow some and turn red in a maturing female. Please let us know what happens.

I failed to notice how old these girls are, I agree with the above poster. I don't think the others are Roos but the last one I'm unsure about
