Curious about one chicken’s eggs

We have kept chickens for about a decade now. Our current flock includes a Golden Buff (Red Star) who is not yet 2 years old. She lays every day - never a break!
- and her eggs are HUGE, coming in at 80-85 grams. But they also have a weird structure, which you can see in the photo (hers are the two on the right in the cup): They have a membranous sac in the middle of the white, not up against the yolk or the shell. (A pic of only her egg would be better, but I have this one handy.) Doesn’t matter, though it makes them impossible to peel when hard-cooked, as that sac causes the cooked egg to peel off in layers. I don’t think anything is wrong, but none of our other chickens’ eggs have ever looked like that. Anybody know why some eggs are like this?
