Small shell-less egg perhaps?

We have a 26 week old Cinnamon Queen pullet that has been laying for a few weeks without any pause for concern. Her first egg was the cutest little fairy egg and all eggs since then have been on the smaller size but perfectly normal. Great egg shells! While our free ranging today, she “laid” this egg with a poop. We squeezed it and it seemed to just be egg white (no yolk) and the egg membrane. Is this just some weird glitch? Something to be concerned about? She definitely doesn’t seem to be acting 100%, although she is eating and drinking. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated

It's likely a one-off glitch, I wouldn't worry about it too much as she is still a young layer but do keep an eye out for any further incidents.
