Curious Chick with Sparse Feathers and Crossed Beak

One of my chicks has a crossed beak and her feathers don't look as well filled out as the others her age. She seems to weight close to the others so I assume she's getting enough to eat but her feathers is what concerns me most. Any ideas? Should I be worried about a disease or something else? Not one of the other chicks looks close to how she does -- thanks in advance for your help

What breed is she? Some like Cornish Crosses sometimes outgrow their feathers.

I'm not sure what breed. A neighbor who wasn't able to care for his chicks anymore gave her to me. I think its a White Rock but it could also be a cornish cross. They were purchased at the local Ace hardware and I know they sell both those types of birds.

Her beak looks bad! Shame. If you wet her food and put it in a deeper bowl and feed her separately she will be able to eat easier. I have ex-battery hens and some had almost no beaks (

) and I feed them like this.
