I have looked for advice on this and can’t find it anywhere. Two or three of my chick are getting in there feathers and they are curled up but the rest of the chicks have got the feathers in fine without a problem. any advice?

They sound like they might be frizzles. Do you have a pic? Do a search on here for frizzles and you will see some pics. If they look otherwise healthy, I wouldn't worry. Sometimes mites can cause feather damage, but since they are just getting their feathers in, it sounds more like the type of feather they have.

I do have pics just not with me. But I did search and that’s what it is. Thanks for the help. It’s hard to do a search if you don’t know what it’s called.

I agree! I am glad that there is nothing wrong with them. Forgot to tell you

I never knew there was such a thing until I came here. I would have freaked out if some of my chicks feathers had come in like that.

I was the same way. I didn't even know they existed and I hatched one out with an assortment of eggs I bought on the internet. I thought something was terribly wrong with it!

I was worried that something was wrong I will post pics in a deferent topic tomorrow. We have had these chicks about a month and we are already attached. They are really cool to watch. I love it when a bug or fly gets in with them. If something happened to them I would be hurt.
