Welcome to BYC. I am so sorry for your losses.
The chicks at TSC are not vaccinated. The hatcheries do not vaccinated because most small flocks don't require or want the vaccine.
Mareck's can live in an area for several years. Were there chickens on your land previously? Do any of your neighbors have chickens?

No predator enclosure well protected, she started with a limp and I found no injuries. Even splinted it for week but still limping no it's a ball

Did you ever figure out what caused it? We have the same issue with one of our hens?
