Curled Toes/Splint?

I just hatched some W/BW Ameraucana chicks. The last one to hatch has curled toes but otherwise looks good.
It is eating and drinking well, but can not walk correctly. This chick hatched yesterday.
Can I splint them straight and maybe correct this issue?
