Curled Toes!

Hi, today I bought some more Americana hens and I noticed that one hen has a curled toe on each foot. Its not terribly bad just curled slightly and turns a odd way when she steps. It doesn't seem to bother her that much, she still runs around. How is it caused and can I fix it?

I have a Gold Laced Wyandotte with the same thing. Doesn't seem to bother him so I don't worry about it. Not sure if it can be fixed.

I don't think that they can be fixed after they are a few days old.
