Curly Toe Paralysis

Can you post photos?
Where are you located in the world?
What do you feed, including treats?

Curly toe paralysis is mainly seen in chicks and it's due to Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) deficiency. I suppose there's always a possibility for a pullet of 6months to develop curly toes paralysis IF she's been fed a poor diet.

At that age, Marek's disease would also come to mind if there's paralysis.

My affected pullet has completely healed of whatever ailment it was. We kept her in the house in a dog crate. We fed her vitamins, brewers yeast etc along with her normal pellets. We bathed her a few times at the beginning and continued to hold her a few minutes every day.

I gave her to a friend as he had an empty coop and a young daughter. She is living a happy life.
